When I was little I used to spend a lot of time watching my grandmothers and my mother cook in our country house. I made the shopping list and enjoyed watching my elders organize big events: the guest list, what to make to eat, the drinks, the logistics, the kids. Accompanying them to buy at the market was without a doubt my first great on-the-ground negotiation course. Over time, each and every step has helped me to manage restaurants and hotels.

When I was little I used to spend a lot of time watching my grandmothers and my mother cook in our country house. I made the shopping list and enjoyed watching my elders organize big events: the guest list, what to make to eat, the drinks, the logistics, the kids. Accompany them to the market was undoubtedly my first great field negotiation course. Over time, each and every step has helped me to manage restaurants and hotels.
From my father I learned the art of conversation and when I put it all in the cocktail shaker, he took me to study tourism. I have worked in restaurants and hotels in Valencia, Germany, Palma de Mallorca, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Madrid and Bulgaria… and I am passionate about them.
I have been director of hotels and restaurants, mainly at Meliá Hotels International, for 12 years and operations director of Micros Fidelio Spain (software for the HORECA channel) for another two years. After being responsible for projects and installation of software for hotels and restaurants I started to join the world of technology with that of management. Digital marketing, web development and graphic design came later.
I have collaborated in different projects and startups, being co-founder of an event customization business currently in operation. I have also had some failures that have made me learn and reinvent myself. Like life itself…

My purpose is to help companies in the HORECA channel to make the most appropriate decisions regarding their digitalization with my own method.

Celia Bueno
Graduated in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specializing in the branch of Design and Illustration. She is the youngest and that is reflected in her ingenuity and creativity. At his young age he already has a large repertoire of pages created and enough experience to take care of designing and adapting your website or create an online store with his eyes closed. However, her passion is illustration, that’s why, to create design and illustration content, she is the right one.
