In this case we decided to collaborate with toniarnedo for the decoration of the event on Gay Pride which is one of the most important festivities of the year, we told him our idea of mimicking the Candy Bar with a local flavor and that had nods to the city of Madrid, Toni who is a tireless creative knew the result we wanted and it was a success knowing how to adapt to our needs".

We had opportunity to work together at Melia Grand Hermitage 2010, what impacted me was his absolute dedication towards the clients and their wellbeing. He focused the team in achieving better reputation on line. That was the first step of the strategy toward our direct channel sales. With this strategy we increased 8% in our direct clients and that process saves additional saves of 15,000 euros! This is just a small part what actually happened at the hotel that year, his footprints are still to be recognizing in the hotel procedures and products to the years to come.
